We offer a complete bookkeeping and payroll service to self employed individuals, small businesses and limited companies. We understand our clients' needs and deliver a personal service catering to the specific needs of your business. We use Sage One Accounting and Sage One Payroll online software, but can be flexible to suit our clients needs. Offering other services; including completion of VAT returns, Self assessments & CIS returns.
Services
We are a small, friendly family run business based in Redbrook, Barnsley, South Yorkshire which help self employed individuals and small businesses with their bookkeeping, payroll and other administrative duties.
We do all the work from our office and can arrange collection of paperwork at your convenience, or it can be sent to us electronically.
We act as your very own accounts and payroll departments, whilst taking away the day to day problems associated with the running and managing of these departments.
We offer as little or as much help as required with your bookkeeping needs.
We will collect all receipts, bank statements, and all other paperwork at your convenience or you can email this information to us so we can upload it to our Sage Business Cloud software.
We make sure all the information is filed correctly to meet the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs.
We take pride in our work, keeping records up to date, making sure analysis is correct and that the account balances.
We also offer help with Bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control.

Using Sage One Accountancy software, we are able to submit your statutory accounts direct to Companies House.
Management accounts can be produced to enable the client to understand how their business is doing at certain intervals during the financial year.
Keeping an effective Credit Control system and an up to date Supplier list can make your cash flow a lot easier to manage.
We can offer you management accounts tailored to your needs and at a frequency agreed with you.
We will liaise with your accountant and provide all the information they need in order for them to produce your annual accounts, taking the burden away from you.
We can help with all aspects of payroll, from weekly to monthly payrolls, RTI and can also help with auto enrolment.
We will calculate all holiday pay, sick pay, maternity and paternity pay without a worry to you.
We will provide payslips, which can either be sent to you for distribution or direct to the employee.
Monthly PAYE/NIC payslips will be sent directly to you showing the correct amount of liability due.
The cost of your weekly, bi-weekly, 4 weekly or monthly payroll will be discussed and known in advance, and without extra costs for new starters, leavers or processing year end reports.
