We have been with Rostrons for 25 years, having moved from a large nationwide firm. We moved because we were looking for a more personal service and someone who was going to understand the needs of our business.

It is this that differentiates Rostrons from other Norfolk accountants. Michelle and Shelly are extremely good, always professional and go the extra mile. They give good quality advice that is based on what is best for the client and not necessarily for them in terms of fees or convenience. Meeting Michelle sold Rostrons to me. I could see that she was able to put herself into my shoes and take a long term view of my business. Her advice is always fair and to our benefit. Elizabeth and Michelle always give sound advice, and don’t mind if you ask them really stupid questions about your tax (sometimes the same questions every year). The team at Rostrons is really strong, and I always know my tax liability early so I can plan for the year.

Another aspect that makes Rostrons different is their proactivity. When I was looking to review my investments, Michelle introduced me to an investment company and has subsequently remained involved in all my activities with them. Working with the investment manager and Rostrons together, having a three way dialogue means that the investment company knew all about my needs without me having to tell them. This joined up thinking works fantastically well.

It’s the people that make the difference. Elizabeth believes in what she does. I am treated like an individual, other firms just don’t do it in the same way. It is so much more than a professional relationship, Elizabeth is easy to get on with and extremely diligent and makes sure she always adheres to protocol. Elizabeth goes the extra mile for you. When there have been issues, Elizabeth is a wise counsel you can rely on, for example during HMRC business inspections. Elizabeth is very good at bringing outside specialists in to help. She is proactive in dealing with issues.

I am 100% satisfied with the service I receive and would recommend Elizabeth to anyone.
