Eddy Rye started Ryefield Associates in 1994.
He used the wealth of experience he had gained over many years, whilst working for national and international organisations, to help small businesses grow and prosper.
He believed in investing in people and gathered around him a dedicated staff whose aim was and is to always exceed expectation.
Richard Ballard joined the firm in 2002 and has sought to maintain this ethos since Eddy's retirement in 2008.
He has now retired.
She has now left the firm and we wish her every success at her new job.
