Bally graduated with a degree in Money, Banking and Finance from Birmingham University in 1990.
Having taken a year off travelling, Bally joined BDO Binder Hamlyn in 1991.
Here he worked on various accounts preparation and audit assignments for small to medium sized owner managed businesses.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 Bally moved to Arthur Andersen and it was here that Bally matured into an all round business advisor.
During his first four years at Arthur Andersen, as well as being involved in the mid-market penetration group, Bally worked on the audits of some of the largest international companies in the world.
