Insight Strategic Associates was founded in 2003 when Justin Baptie, the managing director, and his team tired of working in a firm that just wanted to continue to offer the traditional accountancy services.
They therefore broke away and began the task of transforming their approach to become accountants and business advisers that are able to meet the many and varied needs of clients in the 21st Century.
We have a clear vision of both what we wish to achieve and how we are going to achieve it and, although we can't say that we are there yet, we are making excellent progress.

The combination of his skills as a Chartered Certified Accountant and entrepreneur mean that he is uniquely placed to assist clients with their business challenges and opportunities.
When not working Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing chess and golfing.
He is also a governor for a local primary school.

At Insight Strategic Associates we are committed to making a difference to our community by donating to local charities every month, we have a number of charities that we support regularly as we believe in trying to make a difference in every way we can.
