Once we have established your requirements we will provide you with a summary of the services we will provide together with a fixed fee.
The summary of the services we provide includes delivery dates for each element; rapid turnaround to meet with your requirements. If we miss the deadline as a direct result of our actions (as opposed to a natural catastrophe), then we will refund 50% of the fee for that service.
