He became a Partner in 2004 after training and working as an accounts clerk and became Managing Partner in 2012 and is responsible for a number of clients having gained a wealth of experience over the years in particularly working with sole traders and owner managed limited companies, he also works with a number of small Charites and Community Interest Companies and is very knowledgeable in that field.

Essell was established in 1981 by John Stanger-Leathes, known as John S-L by his friends this is where the company name 'Essell' originates from.
The business was originally set up to offer all aspects of accountancy, financial planning, business administration, computers, taxation and the many individual requirements of the smaller business.
From that date the business grew and in 1985 Martin Rosemond was brought on board and became a Partner in 1987.
Martin continued to work here at Essell until he retired in 2015.
