It has good parking facilities for staff and clients and is situated on one of the main routes into town.
In addition to its location, the building itself boasts some fine architecture and is still the designated manse for the United Reformed Church, with the original main stairway, engraved fireplaces and even the remains of the bell cord system to summon the servants.
