Rennie Welch and its predecessor firms have practiced as accountants and business advisors in the South of Scotland since the 1920s.
The firm was originally founded by John J Welch in Hawick and a number of years later he expanded the firm into Kelso.
The firm continued to grow with satellite offices being opened in Galashiels and Langholm.
In the mid 1990s the firm amicably split into two distinct partnerships of similar size with Welch & Company Kelso taking over the business generated from the Kelso Office.
