Ross qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988, after training with an independent Edinburgh firm specialising in owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
After qualifying, Ross worked for a medium-sized firm in Edinburgh and Kinross, and set up his own practice in Kinross in 1995.
