In 2011 the practice was acquired by Broadthunder Accounting Ltd which is owned by Charles Lucas and Tom Bathgate.
Tom and Charles are business partners and have been working together for over 15 years.
Charles is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience of a wide range of businesses, private clients and as a Finance Director in industry.
He is well qualified to be the Managing Partner having been a partner is national firms of accountants.
Tom, who after running a family business for 20 years growing it to 100m turnover and employing 500 people completed his MBA at Lancaster Management School and he too is well qualified to act as a Business Consultant and Advisor, Business Mentor, Work Place Mediator, and Funder Finder in the practice.
