Anthon Marlow
Our firm has been established for well over 70 years; providing a quality service to our clients. We are based in Nottingham City Centre and we have a large client base across the Midlands and further afield. We offer a wide range of Services to help both businesses and individuals fulfil their accountancy needs. Our Clients benefit from our friendly, proactive approach and we aim to give that 'Personal Touch' that is often missing with larger accountancy practices.

They will also need to submit their VAT returns to HMRC digitally via an Application Program Interface (API) connection, a computer programme that stores information in one application or website to be shared with others. All of these questions we can help you answer and get you on the correct path for such a huge change in recent legislation. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding MTD.

Our practice planted its roots well over 70 years ago, when Charlie Booth commenced business on Victoria Street as C.A. Booth, prior to World War II.
Charlie Booth was joined in the 1950s by Tony Mortimer when the name was changed to Booth Mortimer & Co.
New blood was needed in the 1960s and Allan Gascoigne was admitted to the partnership in our World Cup winning year of 1966, when the address changed to Cranmer Street.
The in-house training policy of the business produced Stephen Marlow, who after starting employment in 1970 became a partner in 1979.
Alistair plays a proactive and major part within Anthon Marlow, managing a broad client range, including Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies, PLC's, professionals and high net worth individuals.
He provides a comprehensive range of services, tailoring his expertise within the construction, manufacturing and the services industries.
Alistair has utilised his expertise in business by purchasing other interests in larger companies which he co owns and sits on the board as the FD.
These companies are very successful in their own right which enhances his overall business knowledge when dealing with his existing and new clients at Anthon Marlow.
There is much more to an audit than the annual year end and compliance visit.

One of the most important aspects of this service is the preparation of management accounts.
