Martin can aid with a wide range of work including: PAYE, Inheritance Tax, Corporate Tax, Overseas Tax Planning, VAT and Annual Accounts.
Goldwyns is able to offer our clients the ability to set up a business current account in 5 minutes from your smartphone.
We provide a range of compliance services to support all aspects of business administration.
We make use of our wide range of professional contacts to ensure you have a suitable independent adviser.
Goldwyns are working with CATAX a specialist team who are able to uncover the hidden value in your business through Research & Development tax relief.
The combination of your business knowledge and our support services will help your business to grow and increase profitability.
Our fees are determined by reference to hourly charge-out rates, which are based on salary costs and overhead apportionment.
Rates range from 40 to 225 per hour (44 to 248) depending on the staff member involved and the degree of complexity of the work.
All the work we do is based on this charging structure, and we prefer to agree a fee in advance of commencing work.
New clients are expected to set up a standing order arrangement; for most clients, the bulk of the Accountant's fee arises in one lump, generally around the time of the annual audit or accounts preparation, so a standing order spreads the cash flow effect across the year.
An engagement between us shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law.
The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning the engagement letter and any matter arising from it.
Each party irrevocably waives any right it may have to object to an action being brought in those Courts, to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or to claim that those Courts do not have jurisdiction.
We aim to provide you with a fully satisfactory service and the Engagement Partner will seek to ensure that this is so.
