I have been using Aldous & Saunders for several years and cannot fault their services. They have been with me providing business support & accountancy advice from day one. Tracey, Glenn & their team are friendly yet professional and always quick to respond whatever the query. When I decided to set up my osteopathy clinic in Norwich I was still living in Swansea, South Wales. I had no business contacts here and was relying on Facebook groups to recommend who would be best to help me with setting up my business and on-going accounts. Aldous Saunders was recommended by several people and Glenn quickly messaged me to let me know what he could offer. Other accountants were very pushy and sales orientated which actually put me off using them. We met in Norwich and discussed what I needed and how Glenn could help. From the start Glenn was professional, reassuring and extremely helpful.
He talked me through the different ways I could set up my business – limited company, sole trader, VAT registered or not. Although I did work for HMRC after leaving university, I knew that my knowledge of accountancy was far too limited to confidently make those decisions without advice.
Aldous Saunders have fully embraced digital accountancy. I find it so efficient simply photographing my receipts on my phone – or forwarding invoices on to Receipt Bank – so that trained professionals can include them instantly on to my accounts.
Whenever I have sought advice on how to pay in money received via PayPal or iZettle – or how to produce invoices, the team at Aldous Saunders have rapidly responded with the information I required.
I spent four years full time at University and in clinic to hone my clinical skills and obtain my first class masters in osteopathy. It is so reassuring to know that I can get on with what I was trained to do and let the experts make sure HMRC stay happy.

Tracey was recommend to me after a particularly bad experience with my previous accountant who made a right royal mess of my accounts, from late filing and fines to incorrect returns for my VAT, costing me £1000's of pounds this year. Tracey has taken over and has already saved me money and ensured my deadlines are being met. As a busy owner of a thriving business with zero spare its great to know we don't have to worry about this aspect of the company, its in safe hands now, 10/10!
