Did you know that Optimise has saved over 35,000 SDLT for just one client?
That is because the solicitor in question used a generic HMRC calculator that provided them with the wrong results.
We have now built an SDLT calculator for you to use.

The session is a relaxed environment where people starting out in property or seasoned professionals can engage with the panel to get their views on all aspects of property.
You may have an accountant or property tax specialist that file your self-assessment tax returns to HMRC or you may be doing your own tax returns.
You may in either situation have questions about what income is taxable and what costs may be allowed.
This is a great forum for you to pose your question to Louise & Simon Misiewicz and get them answered live.
A: If you are an employee without any other form of income it is unlikely that you need to do a self assessment tax return.
However, here it comes, if you have any other self employment income above 1,000 profit or property profits above 1,000 or investment income then a tax return is most likely required.
Whether you are a business or a property investor, you will have a number of tax-related questions that you need answering.
Optimise Accountants co-founders Louise and Simon Misiewicz put together a live question and answer session for you to ask your questions and have them answered live.
Louise and Simon will cover all manner of questions that relate to your business and property investments.
