I am one of a fortunate few who is lucky enough to love my job, and I love coming into the office every day.

I have always had an interest in business; there is something about watching an idea grow to be a success that is exciting, which has formed the basis of my career.
I moved to Leeds to study Business and Management at Leeds Trinity University, where it became clear my enthusiasm came from understanding a company's financial position.
During my time with CBSL Accountants I have gained experience in a number of diverse areas to do with accounting, dealing with statutory accounts, auditing, VAT returns and payroll, including pensions.

It's an old clich but my family are my world - from the stress of trying to make it to work on time after getting everyone out of the door in the morning, with the right bags and shoes on the right feet, to the pleasure of reading bed time stories and practising spellings in the evenings, my family continually remind me what is most important when work feels all-consuming and frantic.
I grew up near Oswestry and made the brave move to travel the country to go to university in St Andrews.
Since then we have made various relocations across the length and breadth of the country but I was always keen to return to Shropshire to settle roots.
